You are doing the absolut best thing for yourself. I know it is hard, I have been there, where I had to cut too many projects abd ideas because of ME. But your health is more important than anything and I hope you will have a wonderful time resting and more energy when you are back.

I didn’t post for a few months earlier this year when I went through a 3 month blip/relapse. We can give ourselves time off In the same way we would any other work (rightfully more, because we need it). All the best and see you on the other side 👋🏻✨
