Thank once again, this was lovely and gentle, nurturing and life giving. I’m going to add this into my mindfulness practices. Just what I needed. I’m going to tell my friends in the tiredlings (support group for those with severe m.e) about this. I love your meditations they all enrich my soul and body.

Oh Madelleine, thank you <3 This was everything I needed. I very rarely get a notable emotional release during meditation, but actually started sobbing when invited to call back my energy from trauma and mistreatment Thank you for this embracing, nurturing, inclusive meditation.
