In this 9 minute meditation we will use our breath and a visualisation to let go of what we can’t control and what we no longer need to hold on to (this meditation is without music)
I’ve been working on letting go this week…the part of my foot linked to my colon alerted me (Louise hay’s understanding: holding on to the past/fear of letting go).
eurrrrgh what else was there to possibly let go of? Haven’t I done enough?! Was my initially reaction! 😆
So far I’ve let go of some extremely personal and sensitive thing I did in the past (27 years ago) and how I approached a thing. Turns out, there is more. I will keep practicing ❤️🩹
I was surprised by what came up in this meditation, I thought I’d let go of them already. Seems still needs some more work and attention!
That’s the nuisance of inner work — there’s always a bit more it often seems.
That’s it 💚 Thanks for helping me along the way x
Wonderful meditation. 😍 Thank you so much. 🤩 I'll be coming back to this one regularly. 💕
I’m so glad to hear this! Thank you 🌸

Oh yes, letting go is like brushing our teeth, it’s a daily habbit 🌸
That’s a good analogy!
