Hi friend!
I’m trying something a little different this time. A lot of you told me how much you prefer the version without music, so I’m only sending out a version with no music this time. If any of you want the meditations with music then please let me know in the comments and I will add the music next time.
I used to be incredibly bad at letting things go, whether conversations or when things didn’t go my way. I really tried to simply tell myself to let go, but it was like energy stuck in my brain — so sticky it wouldn’t budge no matter how much I willed it away.
It was only when I started going deeper into my yoga practice and working with my breath that the stuck energy inside me started to move. I also started to use visualisation techniques and the combination of the two I found very powerful as a way to ‘clean up’ my mind.
So in today’s meditation we will use our breathe and a visualisation to let go of what we can’t control.
How did it go?
How did you find this meditation?
Was it hard to let go?
What did you have to let go of?
How did you feel afterwards?
Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. It makes me so happy to hear from you.
