I love that practice of bringing the energy back first. I’d like to set an intention to start practicing that on the regular.
I do that everyday, it’s really helpful for my nervous system and to get myself back into the present.
I’m in the process of adding the death meditation I did over the first lockdown to my book. Have you done one of those before?
Delving into regrets, what’s holding you back, what really matters etc.
I hadn’t really processed the cataclysmic changes that happened on the back of it until I’ve shared the story of it before adding the full practice.
Oh interesting! I haven’t done an actual meditation like that, but have gone through and contemplated the things you mention.
