I’ve been dealing with a lot of gastric and abdominal pain these last few days … and I love the “inhale pain and exhale peace”. That’s such a beautiful sentiment.
I find focusing on my breath can help me cope with pain better. It doesn’t take it away - but it reminds me that every moment in life is fleeting - so the pain WILL pass.

Exactly, breathwork can help with management but is in no way a cure. I’m glad you like the meditation!
